Refund Policy

30 days, no questions. If you bought a book and it didn't hit, you get your money back. No survey, no exit interview, no guilt.

How to request: email [email protected] with your order number (or the email you bought under). One-line message is enough.

Processing time: refunds are issued within one week. The original transaction reverses on your card / Apple Pay / Google Pay within your bank's normal processing window (usually 3-5 additional business days).

What happens to the download: the download link expires when the refund is issued. You're trusted to delete any copies. Most people do. The system doesn't police it.

After 30 days: refunds are at our discretion but rare. If something genuinely went wrong (you bought twice, the file was corrupted, your card was used without authorization) we'll always make it right — email us regardless of the date.
